F113 or F112?
F113 is used ONLY for sensitive processing covered by a framework decision already published by the CNDP (a pre-validated authorisation template). If your sensitive processing does not fall under any framework decision, file F112 — prior authorisation instead (case-by-case review).
Your data never leaves your browser.

Applicable framework decision
F113 only applies if your sensitive processing matches a framework decision already published by the CNDP. Otherwise, file F112 (prior authorisation). When in doubt, contact us.

After generation
- Print and have the legal representative sign.
- If the data controller is established abroad, fill in Section II (Representative in Morocco) directly in your PDF reader.
- File according to the current CNDP procedures — see cndp.ma.
- Keep the acknowledgement of receipt — it serves as proof of diligence during the review.
- If data is transferred abroad, additionally file F118 — international transfer.
