Form F112 — prior authorisation

F112 is used for sensitive processing (health data, biometrics, offences, scoring, interconnections). The official PDF has 12 pages. The assistant covers the essential sections; the category summary tables (Patients / Employees…) and annex fields remain to be ticked in any PDF reader after downloading.

Your data never leaves your browser.

Everything is filled in and generated locally, on your device. No request is sent to our servers while you type; the PDF is composed in JavaScript inside your browser and downloaded directly. If you close the tab without downloading, everything is lost — this is intentional.

F112 vs F211 — qualification

F112 (prior authorisation) is used ONLY for sensitive processing: health data, biometrics, criminal offences, scoring, interconnection of files with different purposes, use of data for purposes other than the initial ones, processing involving the national ID number. For ordinary processing (customer database, non-sensitive HR, access video surveillance), file F211 (standard declaration) instead — F112 would wrongly trigger a 3- to 6-month review.

Qualification of the processing

F112 applies ONLY if your processing falls within one of the sensitive categories below. For ordinary processing (customer file, non-sensitive HR, access video surveillance), use F211 (normal declaration) — F112 would wrongly trigger a 3- to 6-month review.

If several categories apply, choose the main one here — you can tick the others in the PDF after download. If in doubt about F112 vs F211 qualification, seek the advice of a DPO before filing.

After generation

  • In your PDF reader, complete the detailed matrices (categories of data × categories of data subjects × recipients × retention periods).
  • Print and have the legal representative sign.
  • If data leaves Morocco, jointly file form F118 (international transfer) — without it, the transfer dimension cannot be reviewed.
  • File according to the current CNDP procedures — see cndp.ma.
  • Review takes 3 to 6 months. During this period the processing is NOT yet authorised. You may only start once the CNDP issues the receipt of authorisation.
