In line with the agency's public posture, application functions are deliberately executed in Vercel regions inside the European Union. The Vercel Inc. control plane (build logs, operational telemetry) remains in the United States and is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses signed with Vercel for joint Law 09-08 / GDPR compliance.

All elements making up the website (text, illustrations, logos, design, source code, audit methodology) are protected by Belgian and Moroccan intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of Lifeora SRL, or of their respective cited authors. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for properly referenced short citations.

5. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy and our public records of processing activities. In accordance with the dual requirement of the European GDPR (Lifeora SRL being established in the EU) and the Moroccan Law 09-08 (for Moroccan visitors and processing activities relating to Moroccan territory), we apply the most protective requirements of the two frameworks.

The CNDP declaration corresponding to the audit and advisory activity operated under the DataSouv brand is under review. The receipt number will be displayed publicly in the footer upon issuance.

6. Security — responsible disclosure

If you identify a vulnerability on datasouv.ma, write to us at security@datasouv.ma (see also security.txt). We undertake to respond within 72 hours and to fix confirmed vulnerabilities within a reasonable timeframe, with no action against researchers acting in good faith in compliance with the published Rules of Engagement.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This site is published from Belgium but operates on the Moroccan market. Contractual relationships with Moroccan clients may be subject to Moroccan law and competent Moroccan jurisdictions, as per the specific contractual provisions. In the absence of an express clause, Belgian law applies and the Brussels courts have jurisdiction.
