The datasouv.ma site is committed to using as few cookies as possible, and only those strictly necessary for its operation.

2. Cookies we do not use
- No advertising or profiling cookies
- No third-party analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
- No tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.)
- No social network cookies
For the internal statistics required to steer the site, we use a privacy-friendly analytics solution self-hosted in the EU, with no cookies and no persistent identifier.
3. Your choices
No prior consent is required for strictly necessary cookies (article 5(3) of the transposed ePrivacy directive, a principle broadly endorsed by the CNDP). If we were to introduce a non-strictly-necessary cookie in the future, a compliant banner with explicit consent and runtime tracker blocking would be deployed beforehand.
