Form F211 — standard declaration
The official PDF has 11 pages. The assistant covers the essential sections (data controller, contacts, description of the processing, security measures, signature); the category summary tables (Clients / Prospects / HR…) and annex fields remain to be ticked in any PDF reader after downloading.

Declaration type
F211 is the standard declaration, applicable to the vast majority of non-sensitive processing: customer files, prospects, suppliers, HR directories, simple video surveillance, loyalty files.

After generation
- In your PDF reader, complete the tick boxes of the category tables (Clients / Prospects / Patients / Employees…) that precisely describe your processing.
- Print and have the legal representative sign.
- File according to the current CNDP procedures — see cndp.ma.
- Keep the acknowledgement of receipt — it serves as proof of diligence during the review.
